The outcome of the learning should be demonstrated in our behavior. ![]() ![]() The phrase 'Karka Kasadara, Karpavai Katrapin, Nirka Aterga Thaga' from verse 391 of Thirukural is relevant to learning transfer. He is the author of a great work of wisdom, Thirukural. I will also share wisdom from my favorite philosopher, Thiruvalluvar. I will share theoretical foundations and practical applications of learning transfer from my experience and ideas from various thought leaders. This webinar aims to create awareness among the learners on optimizing technology to promote learning transfer. To paraphrase the famous futurist, John Naisbitt, many people are 'drowning with data, but starving for wisdom.' In other words, more than 80% of learning is waste Scrap Learning. Many researchers agree that less than 20% of learning is translated into a change in behavior at the workplace. However, do the learning opportunities creates more wisdom?
